1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Nuztek (Pty) Ltd's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

Nuztek provides custom software development, IT services, SaaS solutions, and technical training programs. Services are provided subject to these terms and any applicable service agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

4. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in developed software will be as specified in individual service agreements. Nuztek retains rights to its proprietary methodologies and general knowledge.

5. Confidentiality

Nuztek maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information and projects. Confidentiality terms will be detailed in individual service agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Nuztek's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
